Fendi’s 100-Year Legacy Sealed with a Stamp

Fendi Honored with Centennial Stamp by Italian Government

In a fitting tribute to a century of Roman craftsmanship and cultural influence, Fendi has been commemorated with a special postage stamp issued by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy. The release is part of the series Le Eccellenze del Sistema Produttivo ed Economico, spotlighting Italian brands that have shaped the nation’s economic and creative identity over the past hundred years.

Designed in Fendi’s unmistakable yellow and featuring a custom anniversary logo intertwining the number one with the infinity symbol, the stamp pays homage to the House’s enduring legacy. Karl Lagerfeld’s iconic FF monogram—created in 1965 under the vision of the five Fendi sisters—serves as a backdrop, underscoring the brand’s continuous dialogue between innovation and tradition.

The collectible edition is presented in an elegant A4 folder, complete with philatelic keepsakes including a block of stamps, a first-day envelope, and a signed message from Silvia Venturini Fendi. It will be available starting April 4 at select Italian post offices, online at filatelia.poste.it, and through specialized philatelic channels.

Fendi’s centenary stamp is more than a celebration—it is a symbol of the House’s indelible role in defining the global language of Made in Italy.
