The former Golden Goose executive will focus on international growth and retail expansion
Frame has announced the appointment of Silvia Merati as Chief Executive Officer.
Merati joins the Los Angeles–based brand from Golden Goose, where she served as CEO Americas and oversaw the brand’s direct-to-consumer expansion. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Yoox Net-a-Porter and Intermix.
In her new role, Merati will focus on driving international growth, accelerating retail development, and amplifying Frame’s creative vision through a global lens. Her appointment marks the next phase in the brand’s evolution as it strengthens its position as one of the fastest-growing names in modern luxury fashion.

With Merati’s arrival, Nicolas Dreyfus transitions from Chief Executive Officer to Executive Chairman.
“Silvia brings a wealth of global experience and a deep understanding of modern luxury retail,” said Nicolas Dreyfus, Executive Chairman of Frame. “Her appointment will further strengthen our leadership team and position Frame for its next phase of global expansion.”
“Frame has built a powerful foundation as an LA-based brand with international appeal,” added Jens Grede, Founder of Frame. “With Silvia’s expertise and vision, we are poised to continue elevating our creative direction and retail experience worldwide.”
“I’m thrilled to join Frame at such a defining moment,” said Silvia Merati. “The brand embodies a rare balance of culture and modern relevance — we have an incredible opportunity to build on this foundation and further connect Frame’s LA spirit with our global community.”
This year, Frame expanded its footprint internationally with new openings in Chengdu and concessions at Galeries Lafayette in Paris and Harvey Nichols in London. The brand has featured campaigns fronted by Sienna Miller and Vittoria Ceretti and collaborations with Alix Earle and Sotheby’s.
Looking ahead, Frame plans to continue expanding its retail presence in key global markets, with upcoming store openings in Paris, Cannes, and Amsterdam, further consolidating its position in the luxury segment worldwide.
