The campaign takes a minimal approach to highlighting Helmut Lang’s 21-22 resort edit, a curation of clean, utilitarian pieces that stay close to the brand’s codes in both established and seasonal colors and fabrics. Against starkly lit industrial-esque backdrops of blue, green, and gray, models pose in a range of styles rife with the brand’s design signatures of asymmetry, cutouts, and utilitarian details.
While its simple portraiture might not be the most memorable, the lo-fi campaign is an effortlessly cool way to flex Helmut Lang’s command of minimal style.
