Born in Palma de Mallorca, therefore her name, her eccentricity and grace have inspired some of the greatest figures in film, such as Pedro Almodóvar, cult director, screenwriter, producer, and former actor, who adopted her as his ultimate muse. Their relationship gave birth to some of the greatest films in history, including Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown, Kika, and The Flower of my Secret. She was nominated for a Goya Award for her performance in the last two films.
The collaboration’s campaign was shot at Palma de Mallorca’s iconic Museum, the Joan Miró Foundation, a local landmark celebrated for its landscape architecture and art, that focuses on the surrealist movement. In honor of this special partnership, it was only natural to photograph both protagonists in Mallorquín soil, where Rossy and Chufy feel at home

This collaboration features 52 items designed to offer freedom of expression through a loose and comfortable fit, with prints inspired by the dramatism of the Chinese opera and its fascinating performances. Maxi dresses with cotton belts that enhance the drama of the
look. Silk scarves to wear on the head or around the neck to match the blouse for a powerful look. The details of the prints are surreal, inspired by costumed characters of the Peking opera and loaded with colorful hand-painted patterns of flowers, dragons, lips and geometry. The collection maintains a strong consistency through all its prints with vibrant reds, royal blues, and emerald greens, all colors that characterize Rossy’s aesthetics. With the use of vibrant colors and
the poetic language of the prints, this collection tells us an enigmatic story with its bold pieces. Just like the iconic Rossy de Palma, it is a matter of personality, a fusion of colors in all its forms.
