New Location Features Exclusive Treats and Disney-Inspired Collection
Kith Kids has announced the opening of its new flagship store in the historic Dumbo neighborhood of Brooklyn. This new location, which opens on June 15th, marks the second Kith Kids flagship and the third Kith flagship in Brooklyn, where the brand began.
The Kith Kids Dumbo flagship, located along the East River with views of Manhattan, will offer Kith Kids’ seasonal collections and collaborative ready-to-wear apparel, accessories, and footwear. The store also features an in-store Kith Treats, providing visitors with the signature Kith Treats ice cream offerings.
The store’s interior features a bright ambiance with cloud motif designs, pink Kith monogram walls, and a multi-colored stone floor in the apparel and footwear sections. The Kith Treats section includes custom Kith Monogram wallpaper, Carrara marble countertops, and stainless steel accents with Rosa Aurora columns.
To celebrate the opening, Kith Treats has created a location-exclusive treat served in two kid-sized Kith Treats cups. The first treat is a combination of vanilla and chocolate ice cream infused with Cocoa Puffs, Oreos, and Mini M&M’s, finished with a chocolate drizzle. The second is vanilla ice cream infused with strawberries, Frosted Flakes, and mini marshmallows, finished with a strawberry drizzle. Guests can enjoy these ice cream specials in the seating area or at the standing bar, which offers a view of the corridor connecting Water Street to the waterfront.
In honor of the new Kith Kids Dumbo flagship, Kith has partnered with Disney to create a special apparel and accessories collection inspired by the classic film, Disney’s Dumbo. The collection includes a range of tees and hoodies, featuring artwork inspired by the film. Each item is made from custom cotton jersey and treated with a garment and vintage wash for a soft feel. The Disney | Kith Kids Dumbo Collection will be available exclusively in-store on June 15th, with select items available at other Kith shops following the opening.
Additionally, the store will offer Kith Kids Dumbo exclusive capsules, including signature cotton crewnecks, hoodies, and tees featuring custom artwork of the Manhattan Bridge and ‘Dumbo’ embroidery. The collection also includes an embroidered cotton twill cap with ‘Dumbo’ detailing.
