Kith Unveils Loyalty-Exclusive Birkenstock Boston for 50th Anniversary

The limited collaboration features three colorways tied directly to Kith’s loyalty tiers

Kith has introduced an exclusive release for members of its loyalty program, unveiling its newest collaboration with Birkenstock. In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Birkenstock Boston clog, first introduced in 1976, the brand reimagines the silhouette with elevated materials, including a premium suede upper, a nubuck braided mudguard and Kith Script engraving on the buckle.

The collection, titled Boston Braided, will be available in three colorways aligned with Kith’s loyalty tiers. The Rabbit colorway, a slate grey inspired by the Molecule tier of the Kith Palette, will be offered to Molecule, Elevation and Vitality members. Elevation and Vitality tiers will also have access to Ultra Blue, designed with a contrast Mocha braid and tied to the second tier of the program. The final colorway, Thyme, will be released exclusively to Vitality members, mirroring the deep green shade associated with the top tier.

Each style features the original Birkenstock cork-latex footbed constructed from natural cork, latex, jute and suede. The shoes will be available in a full size run for both men and women. The Kith for Birkenstock Loyalty Exclusive collection is priced at $295 and is available made-to-order only through the Kith App, with production and delivery expected to take five to six months.
