Lacoste Inaugurates Its First Café in Paris

Lacoste Opens Its First Café in Paris

Following the success of its pop-up in Monaco, Lacoste has opened its first Café Lacoste in Paris, marking a new chapter in the brand’s expansion into hospitality. The café officially opened on Feb. 5, 2026, on Avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, one of the capital’s most prestigious addresses, just steps from Lacoste’s Paris flagship store.

For the Paris launch, Lacoste partnered with the Giraudi Group, founded by Riccardo Giraudi, which has spent more than two decades developing globally recognized restaurant concepts. The collaboration brings together two complementary areas of expertise: Lacoste’s heritage of French style and elegance, and the Giraudi Group’s contemporary gastronomic savoir-faire.

Conceived as a natural extension of Lacoste’s universe, Café Lacoste is designed as a welcoming living space that reflects the brand’s art de vivre. The opening builds on Lacoste’s previous forays into hospitality, including experiences at the Shangri-La Paris, The Plaza Hotel in New York, and Le Club Lacoste, a series of temporary concepts hosted in iconic venues. With Café Lacoste, the brand translates these explorations into a permanent gourmet destination.

Spanning 100 square meters and offering 65 seats, the café is designed to accommodate modern urban lifestyles with an all-day offering that includes dine-in, takeaway, and a forthcoming delivery service. The interior revisits Lacoste’s signature codes, with deep green and off-white tones, touches of terracotta, noble materials, and subtle tennis-inspired lines creating an atmosphere that is both warm and refined.

Under the direction of Thierry Paludetto, chef of the Giraudi Group, the menu reinterprets classic café staples with precision and flair. Offerings include club sandwiches, fresh salads, seasonal dishes, and signature desserts. Among the highlights is the Iconic Polo, conceived as a shareable, visually striking item designed to be enjoyed on-site or taken away. The beverage menu features artisan-roasted specialty coffees, creative lattes in flavors such as pistachio, vanilla, and chai, as well as a signature drink, L’Eau de Croco, blending coconut water, matcha, and ginger.

Beyond dining, Café Lacoste also incorporates a concept store offering a curated selection of exclusive products. The retail assortment includes fine food items, French porcelain tableware bearing the Lacoste name, and a dedicated textile capsule designed to extend the café experience beyond the venue.

“With Café Lacoste, we naturally extend our universe into a shared living space,” said Eric Vallat, chief executive officer of Lacoste. “True to our sporting and cultural heritage, this opening expresses the Lacoste art de vivre through elegant and contemporary experiences that are part of everyday life, in the heart of Paris, and that will naturally find their place in other locations.”

Riccardo Giraudi, chief executive officer of the Giraudi Group, added, “This partnership brings together the exacting standards of our gastronomic savoir-faire and the timeless allure of the Crocodile, creating a space where pleasure and design meet.”
