Louis Vuitton Announces Léon Marchand as House Ambassador

Louis Vuitton Announces Léon Marchand as House Ambassador Ahead of Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games

As part of the partnership between LVMH and Paris 2024, French swimmer Léon Marchand will represent the Group, and Louis Vuitton is pleased to announce him as House Ambassador ahead of the Olympic and Paralympic games Paris 2024.

Driven by the same spirit of perseverance and excellence held dear to Louis Vuitton, Léon Marchand continues to set the bar ever higher within his discipline.

Five-time World Champion; new world record-holder in the 400m individual medley, with a best world performance of the year in 200m butterfly, and his new European record in 200m individual medley – Léon Marchand has captured global audiences through his passion, determination, and skill. At only 21 years old, the swimmer who first participated in the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2021 has shown unprecedented achievement and is one of the best chances of victory and medals for the French Olympic team in several events.

This association is an extension of the partnership signed between Paris 2024 and LVMH – which will notably involve Louis Vuitton – details of which will be revealed over the course of the year, in the run up to the opening ceremony scheduled for July 26th, 2024.

Louis Vuitton is delighted to welcome Léon on this exciting new chapter with the Maison as a House Ambassador and an “Artisan of All Victories”.
