Miroslav Sekulić-Struja illustrates a poetic exploration of the city
Louis Vuitton is expanding its Travel Book collection with a new Berlin edition, continuing its long-standing dialogue between travel and artistic expression.
Set to launch in Spring 2026, the latest volume is illustrated by Croatian artist Miroslav Sekulić-Struja, whose work traces a poetic journey through the German capital. The narrative follows two characters whose paths intersect amid themes of memory, pain, and healing, offering a deeply personal interpretation of the city.

The release will coincide with the fourth edition of the Festival du Dessin in Arles, running from April 18 to May 17, 2026. Louis Vuitton will present an exhibition of original drawings from the Berlin Travel Book, alongside works by Gabriella Giandelli and Miles Hyman from earlier editions focused on Australia and Rome.
First introduced in 2010, the Travel Book series invites artists to explore unfamiliar destinations, translating their initial impressions into visual narratives shaped by instinct and emotion rather than objective documentation. The collection positions each book as both a geographical journey and an artistic exploration, reflecting a wide range of techniques and perspectives.

The Berlin edition will be available in multiple formats, including a standard version and a large-format collector’s edition featuring 116 drawings, as well as the artist’s biography and travelogue. A limited run of 30 signed and numbered copies will also be released, produced with traditional leather craftsmanship and accompanied by a lithograph.
The project reinforces Louis Vuitton’s continued investment in cultural storytelling, framing travel as a medium for creative discovery and artistic interpretation.
