Louis Vuitton To Launch La Beauté

Louis Vuitton Launches La Beauté Louis Vuitton, Pat McGrath Named Creative Director

Louis Vuitton has announced the launch of La Beauté Louis Vuitton, a new beauty division set to debut in Autumn 2025. The brand has appointed Dame Pat McGrath, DBE, as Creative Director, Cosmetics.

McGrath, a British makeup artist with extensive experience in the fashion industry, will oversee the development of the new beauty line. “Working backstage for over 20 years at Louis Vuitton fashion shows, I am thrilled to now play such a key role in the launch of La Beauté Louis Vuitton, which is the result of extraordinary craftmanship, creativity and innovation. The beauty universe is about so much more than just product, and what we are creating here will unlock a new level in luxury beauty,” she said.

Louis Vuitton has a long history of integrating beauty into its product offerings, including vanity cases and cosmetic accessories dating back to the 1920s. Archival pieces such as the bespoke Le Milano kit for soprano Marthe Chenal and a toiletry case for Polish composer Jan Paderewski reflect the brand’s past in this sector.

“La Beauté Louis Vuitton is a natural business evolution, driven by our meticulous attention to quality, formula and innovation. Through this new universe, we have the opportunity to further accompany clients in their everyday lives with purpose and pleasure, while continuing to celebrate our creativity and heritage,” said Pietro Beccari, Chairman and CEO of Louis Vuitton.

Further details on the product range are expected closer to the launch.
