Maleck will oversee HR across LVMH’s central and Other Activities divisions
LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton has appointed Amina Maleck as chief human resources officer of LVMH Group HQ and Other Activities, effective Wednesday, as part of an ongoing reshuffle within its HR leadership.
Maleck reports to Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, the group’s chief human resources officer, and succeeds Claire de Coincy, who recently transitioned to chief human resources officer of Moët Hennessy. Her move leaves vacant the role of chief human resources officer at LVMH Beauty, with a successor yet to be named.

In her new position, Maleck will oversee human resources functions across all LVMH business sectors at the Group HQ level, as well as within the Other Activities division, which includes culture, media, hospitality, and savoir-faire initiatives.
Maleck holds a master’s degree in employment law from La Sorbonne and a master’s in human resources from CELSA. She began her career at Louis Vuitton in 2001, later taking on a range of cross-functional and operational roles across the group. In 2022, she joined LVMH’s central HR team as vice president of talent development, before moving to LVMH Beauty as chief human resources officer in 2024.
“Amina has consistently championed talent development and organizational effectiveness as key drivers of performance and critical levers to sustain LVMH’s competitive advantage over the long term,” said Alvarez-Pereyre. “I am delighted to see her bring this ambition and her expertise to the Group HQ and Other Activities where she will be essential in shaping the future of our people strategy.”
The appointment reflects LVMH’s continued focus on internal leadership development and strategic alignment across its human resources operations.
