The Collaboration Brings the Film’s Iconic Imagery to Jacobs’ Signature Accessories

Marc Jacobs has unveiled a special capsule collection in collaboration with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to celebrate the 85th anniversary of The Wizard of Oz. The collection reflects designer Marc Jacobs’ longtime passion for the iconic film, which has inspired several of his past projects. Featuring signature items like The Tote Bag, The Snapshot, and The Sack Bag, the capsule reimagines The Wizard of Oz within the framework of Marc Jacobs’ distinctive style.

Incorporating elements of the classic film, the collection blends the charm of the Yellow Brick Road with Marc Jacobs’ urban, creative aesthetic. Pieces range from “Not in Kansas” denim totes to “Emerald City” leather bags and ruby Rhinestone Kiki Mary Janes, each drawing on characters like Dorothy and her companions in fresh, fashion-forward designs. “With its mix of fun, spirit, and nostalgia, this capsule taps into the timeless cultural impact of Oz, offering fans a stylish way to celebrate its magic this holiday season,” the brand stated.

The collection will be available in select Marc Jacobs boutiques and online, with dedicated window displays in select U.S. cities. Immersive pop-ups are also planned in Japan, Hong Kong, London, and Paris.
