Max Mara and Marcolin Toast Summer Style in the Hamptons with Eyewear Showcase

Marcolin and Max Mara hosted an intimate summer luncheon on July 17 at the private residence of Wölffer Estate Vineyards in the Hamptons, gathering industry insiders and tastemakers to unveil the Max Mara Eyewear Spring/Summer 2025 Sun Collection.

Set against the backdrop of Sagaponack’s golden light and rolling vineyards, the event celebrated Max Mara’s continued expansion into accessories—placing emphasis on craftsmanship, sculptural design, and quiet confidence. Guests including Nicky Hilton Rothschild, Sai de Silva, Tina Leung, and Erika Bearman previewed the new sunglasses collection over lunch, surrounded by curated florals and high-summer ambiance.

The SS25 offering pays homage to the vision of photographer Lee Miller and architect Eileen Gray—two women whose strength, clarity, and style shaped modernist aesthetics. The frames echo this spirit with clean geometries, lightweight metal profiles, and golden detailing that highlight Max Mara’s signature balance of precision and softness. More than seasonal accessories, the sunglasses serve as wearable statements that underscore individuality and enduring elegance.

With this Hamptons activation, Max Mara and Marcolin continue to position eyewear not as an afterthought but as a defining part of the brand’s lifestyle strategy—one rooted in artistry, intellect, and timeless sophistication.
