German luxury brand MCM has appointed Sarika Rastogi as its new Head of Brand Marketing and Communications. Rastogi brings over twenty years of experience in communications, PR, marketing, brand management, and events, having previously held positions at Michael Kors, Tod’s, Chanel, and Vogue.

Rastogi’s appointment aligns with MCM’s newly unveiled brand identity, which features an updated design language, enhanced consumer experience, and a lifestyle presentation tailored for the 21st-century Digital Nomad. This strategic update emphasizes creativity, vision, and innovation, aiming to reposition MCM as a digitally-driven, smart, and sustainable luxury brand by revitalizing its heritage codes and expanding its portfolio to include a full lifestyle assortment of ready-to-wear and accessories.

MCM’s strategic direction is led by Sabine Brunner, recently appointed as President of MCM Global AG. Brunner, a member of the Executive Committee, oversees Creative, Category Development & Planning, Marketing, Creative Interactive Space, and License & Business Development. She also serves as the Brand & Commercial Officer, reporting to Chairperson & Chief Visionary Officer, Sungjoo Kim.
