Modes and Blumarine Create Exclusive Capsule Collection “The Bling Utility”
Modes, the Milan-born omni-channel luxury retailer, is pleased to announce its collaboration with Blumarine, the iconic Italian fashion house known for its eclectic romanticism, for an exclusive collection titled “The Bling Utility”, a special capsule created by Blumarine for Modes.
Renowned for creative engagement and curated partnerships with established luxury houses and emerging brands alike, this upcoming collaboration merges the lighthearted juxtaposition of “Bling” and “Utility” through the lens of Blumarine’s Creative Director Nicola Brognano into the creative showcase of Modes , resulting in an exclusive four-look capsule collection that shines a light on individuality and femininity.
The sparkling and glamorous touch, which has always distinguished the brand, combines with its most recent evolution as a master of utility wear, merging the two souls in an elevated collection.
Consisting of 10 pieces, the collection features a series of cargo-inspired light wool items – blazer, bustier top, miniskirt and pants – with a rhinestone embroidery and a tailoring approach; a denim set with sparkling cargo pants and a bra with 3d rough-cut roses; a new version of Bluvi cardigan, oversize, in merino wool with eco-fur collar; the signature ruffled dress in super shiny jersey and impalpable georgette; the tulle t-shirt with shimmering rose embroidery. To complete the offer, the iconic butterfly bag.
The color palette is a pictorial amalgamation of gray marl, denim blue, light pink, burgundy and red. The result is unmistakably Blumarine.
