Moncler x Rick Owens Spring 2026 Fashion Ad Campaign

Moncler & Rick Owens Embrace a ‘Brucolic’ Summer for SS26

For Spring 2026, Moncler + Rick Owens head into new territory—both stylistically and climatically. In their first warm-weather offering, the collaborators bring their shared affinity for architectural form and avant-garde performance to a new frontier: the summer uniform.

Dubbed “brucolic”—a Rick Owens neologism fusing “brutalist” and “bucolic”—the collection draws on Berlin’s stark concrete structures and the untamed greenery that surrounds them. The results are more than just lightweight; they’re conceptually agile, ready to traverse both city streets and outdoor expanses.

Signature silhouettes are reimagined with a utilitarian lens: asymmetric jersey skirts and kilt shorts meet tonal hiking socks and Trailgrip Megalace sneakers. Windbreakers, leather outerwear, and architectural jersey pieces play with proportion—cropped, sculpted, or exaggerated—with a palette of dark dust, vintage olive, black, and a striking carnelian red introduced for the season.

Accessories bring a tactile edge: quilted bucket hats, waistbags, and angular sunglasses extend the collaboration’s functional yet subversive DNA.

Shot by Juergen Teller, the campaign takes an unusually intimate turn. The lens captures moments between Rick Owens and Michèle Lamy, Teller and his wife Dovile Drizyte—celebrating both personal and creative partnership. It’s a raw, unfiltered counterpoint to the collection’s disciplined geometry, inviting a more emotional dimension into the Moncler + Rick Owens world.
