Moncler Unites Al Pacino and Robert De Niro for ‘Warmer Together’

A powerful ode to friendship, warmth, and human connection, captured through black-and-white portraits by Platon

Moncler turns a new page—one defined less by alpine terrain and more by the shared warmth that exists between people. The storied outerwear house reunites two lifelong friends and silver screen legends, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, for its new campaign, Warmer Together. The project steps gently beyond technical performance, entering a more intimate territory where affection, memory, and connection become the true measure of warmth.

“For decades, Moncler has been associated with winter and puffer jackets, but I have always felt that Moncler is about something deeper: love and a sense of togetherness. These values have shaped everything we’ve done for over 70 years. Across every product and every campaign, there runs a consistent thread of emotion and human connection. Through their story of friendship, Al Pacino and Robert De Niro embody everything Moncler truly stands for: affection, warmth, and the belief that we are all better and warmer together,” shares Remo Ruffini, Chairman and CEO of Moncler.

Photographed in New York by renowned portrait photographer Platon, the campaign captures the ease and quiet power of their friendship. Set against the New York skyline, the black-and-white imagery strips away artifice, leaving only presence, memory, and trust. A series of short films expand the narrative, weaving through five themes — Friendship, Respect, Connection, Trust, Warmth — allowing the actors’ shared history to speak with disarming honesty. “As they sit together and speak, each man’s energy lifts the other’s presence,” Moncler reveals.

The styling nods to Moncler’s heritage while embracing modernity. De Niro wears a contemporary iteration of the iconic Maya 70 jacket, crafted from the brand’s signature longue saison recycled nylon and finished with a logo-adorned pocket and detachable hood — a sleek symbol of enduring style. Pacino, in the Bretagne jacket, embodies a quieter innovation: high performance and protection delivered through a lightweight, unrestricted silhouette designed for both warmth and ease.

At the heart of Warmer Together sits the campaign’s manifesto, a quiet reflection on what warmth really means:

“Warmth was never about the outside.
It was always about what was happening on the inside.
Warmth comes from the walks and the talks.
From pulling up a chair and having a chat. The caring conversations.
More than the weather,
warmth is, and will always be, about being together,
no matter what.
Warmer Together

The emotion runs through the actors’ own words as well. “Warmth was never about the outside. It was always about what was happening on the inside,” says Robert De Niro. Al Pacino reflects, “Friendship is the greatest thing you can have. Friends, people whom you share the same world with. There is just an innate trust. And the understanding of life.”

This is not simply another campaign; it’s an invitation to rethink the language of luxury through the lens of shared experience. By pairing two cinematic icons with timeless outerwear, Moncler underscores that true warmth lies less in insulation and more in connection. In an era where storytelling often reaches for the grand gesture, Warmer Together achieves something far rarer: quiet, enduring resonance.

Because in the end, warmth — like great friendship — never really goes out of style.
