A First Look at Moncler’s Sprawling New Milan HQ

Moncler Unveils New Milan Headquarters “Casa Moncler”

The global luxury label consolidates its Milan footprint in a purpose-designed building focused on creativity and sustainability.

Moncler has officially opened its new headquarters in Milan, bringing its creative, commercial, and corporate teams together under one roof. The site, named Casa Moncler, marks a significant expansion of the brand’s footprint in the city and is positioned as a central hub for its global operations.

Located in Milan’s Symbiosis district, the new building spans roughly 77,000 square meters, replacing the company’s previous offices spread across multiple locations. Designed by ACPV Architects, the architecture merges industrial heritage with modern lines, integrating preserved elements like a historic chimney alongside glass and concrete structures.

The headquarters features a double-height showroom of approximately 4,500 square meters, landscaped outdoor areas, and a range of amenities including communal spaces, a gym, and a café. The layout is intended to support collaboration and encourage fluid interaction between different divisions of the company.

Sustainability has been a key consideration in the project. The structure incorporates geothermal and photovoltaic energy systems, a bioclimatic greenhouse, and recycled materials, and is targeting international environmental certifications such as WELL and LEED.

Casa Moncler represents a strategic investment for the brand, reinforcing its presence in Milan while creating a central space that reflects its identity and long-term ambitions.
