Mr. Porter Breaks "Made with Craft" Campaign

Mr. Porter Unveils ‘Made with Craft’ Campaign Celebrating Artisanal Excellence

Exclusive Capsule Collections Showcasing Handmade Quality from Global Brands

Mr. Porter, the online destination for men’s style, announces the ‘Made with Craft’ campaign, featuring a selection of seasonal products and exclusive capsule collections. The initiative, starting April 8, focuses on craftsmanship and artisanal skills, with exclusive styles available from nine notable global brands.

The campaign includes brands such as A Kind of Guise, Corridor, Kardo, Kartik Research, Jacques Marie Mage, Story Mfg., Stòffa, SSAM, and The Elder Statesman. These brands are recognized for their unique approach to craftsmanship, offering products that highlight handmade qualities.

With over 70 exclusive styles across ready-to-wear, accessories, jewelry, and homeware, the ‘Made with Craft’ campaign is dedicated to showcasing artisan skills like embroidery, embellishment, and the use of handwoven and dyed fabrics. This effort underlines the significant skill and effort behind each product.

A key part of the campaign is the 16 styles from Jacques Marie Mage, including seven limited-edition spectacles and nine jewelry pieces from its ‘The Last Frontier’ collection. Mr. Porter serves as the exclusive online retail partner for these items, which are handmade in Japan and Italy and feature intricate, hand-beaded temple sleeves. The collection’s hand-crafted jewelry honors the traditions of silversmithing and lapidary arts in the American Southwest, with each piece taking over 18 months to complete.

Casualwear brands Kartik Research and Kardo offer exclusive capsule collections focused on heritage craft techniques, such as hand embroidery and dyeing. The Elder Statesman’s exclusive capsule features knitwear and homeware items made from hand-loomed cashmere in Los Angeles, including a playful edit of stuffed animal toys crafted from deadstock cashmere.

Mr. Daniel Todd, Buying Director at Mr. Porter, commented on the collaboration, saying, “We are very proud to partner with some of our favorite brands to present a curated selection of products that champion our commitment to craftsmanship. The Made with Craft campaign celebrates artisanal techniques and the sense of creating with character, provenance, and purpose, which we know our customers value.”

The ‘Made with Craft’ campaign will be featured within Mr. Porter’s Consciously Crafted edit, emphasizing the brand’s focus on craft, local communities, responsible manufacturing, and sustainable materials. The initiative will be supported by editorial and social content across Mr. Porter’s platforms, including The Journal and its Instagram channel @mrporter, from April 8.
