Off-White Announces Return to Paris Fashion Week

After Taking a Season Off, the Virgil Abloh-Founded Brand Returns to the Runway

Off-White has announced its return to Paris Fashion Week. The label, founded by Virgil Abloh and currently led by creative director Ib Kamara, will present its co-ed Fall 2024 collection on February 29th with a runway show titled “Black by Popular Demand.”

Off-White took the Spring 2024 fashion season off, initially announcing a presentation in New York in September but later shelving these plans. The break came amid a difficult financial time for the brand, which was attributed both to the struggling market – especially among young people, who are the brand’s biggest demographic and who are most affected by the cost-of-living crisis – as well as a struggle to reform its identity following the passing of Virgil Abloh in late 2021.
