The Co-Ed Collection Will be Presented in Florence on June 13
Pierre-Louis Mascia has announced that he will present his debut runway show at Pitti Immagine Uomo 106 in Florence on June 13.
Known for his collage-like design approach that draws on archival artwork and antique botanical illustration, the French designer first launched his brand in 2007 in direct partnership with the Achille Pinto printing factory in Como, Italy. While during the time since he has carved out a successful niche through his vibrant and artfully elegant design vision, the presentation at Pitti will be his first full-blown runway show.
I am very happy to present my collection in this format, which is new for me, at Pitti, the fashion event which for the past sixteen years has been fundamental for the launch of many of my collections. It’s a wonderful opportunity to convey my love for beauty and to express my creative vision that encompasses nature, culture, art, and fashion. I will do my best to create something that is truly unique and surprising.”
– Pierre-Louis Mascia
The co-ed collection will be presented at what a statement from Pitti Uomo called a “striking location,” which is set to be revealed within the next few days.
