Fall 2024 Ad Campaign

Review of Ports 1961 Fall 2024 Ad Campaign by Photographer & Director Tom Craig with models Barbara Palvin, Maria Borges, and Stella Maxwell

Ports 1961 balances refinement and ruggedness with the alpine energy of its new Fall 2024 campaign by photographer and director Tom Craig.

Captured among the expansive and icy beauty of St. Moritz, Switzerland, the imagery takes shape before a landscape of pristine snow blanketing a frozen lake, noble pines, and distant mountain peaks.

Against this backdrop, the collection’s interplay of elegant precision and voluminous warmth cuts a series of striking silhouettes. Slick blazers or denim sets alternate with sumptuous wool coats, bringing to the winter setting an unexpected sense of sophisticated poise that nonetheless still embraces the feeling of organic rawness and unbridled adventure.

With the appointment of Francesco Bertolini as its new design director, Ports 1961 has another new journey ahead, with the designer set to debut his first collection for Spring 2025 in September. Opting for a setting that feels like a blank page of possibility while still emphasizing the historic design thread that carries throughout the house’s story, this final interim campaign stokes further excitement around Ports 1961 and has us ready for the next chapter.
