Prada Expands Dubai Presence with Two Beachfront Boutiques

Prada Is the Sole Fashion Brand to Join the Luxury Line-Up at Dubai’s Bâoli Beach Club

Prada has unveiled two new boutiques at Bâoli Dubai, part of the upscale J1 Beach development. The Italian luxury brand is the sole fashion label to join the lifestyle offering at the exclusive seaside club, operated by Bâoli, the luxury dining and hospitality firm with successful locations in Miami and Cannes. This marks Bâoli’s first venture into a beach club concept, featuring culinary and entertainment hotspots like the petal-shaped Sun Deck, the Sunset Lounge, and the hidden Moon Room speakeasy.

The boutiques are housed in oval-shaped structures with facades showcasing Prada’s signature triangle patterns in a sand-colored palette. Together, they offer a seamless blend of contemporary elegance and Italian heritage, reflecting Prada’s distinctive design ethos.

The first boutique, spanning 538 square feet, is dedicated to Prada’s men’s and women’s leather accessories. Inside, visitors are greeted by pastel green interiors, bamboo furnishings, and wooden display shelves that echo Prada’s global retail blueprint. The second boutique, slightly larger at 753 square feet, features the brand’s ready-to-wear collections and footwear. Both boutiques incorporate bamboo chairs and other elements inspired by 1950s Italian design, blending luxury with a timeless aesthetic.

Prada already operates three boutiques in Dubai, including locations at the Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates. This new venture at Bâoli further cements the brand’s presence in the region and showcases its willingness to explore unconventional retail spaces.

This is not the first time Prada has ventured beyond traditional locations. Last September, the brand opened a temporary store at Barcelona’s Marina Port Vell harbor during the 37th America’s Cup sailing competition, a nod to Prada Group chairman Patrizio Bertelli’s involvement with the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli sailing team. The Barcelona store exemplified how Prada uses high-profile partnerships and unique settings to enhance its visibility and connect with diverse audiences.
