The new sneaker merges minimalism with performance-inspired design
PUMA and Jil Sander continue their longstanding collaboration with the launch of the K-Street, a new sneaker that builds on the partnership’s exploration of minimalism, movement, and form.

Following the return of the King Avanti in October 2025, the K-Street introduces a more streamlined, performance-informed silhouette under the direction of Jil Sander creative director Simone Bellotti. Defined by a contoured fit and ultra-thin sole, the design closely follows the natural shape of the foot, emphasizing precision and lightness.
“I like footwear that is streamlined, with the thinnest of soles, embracing the foot with a natural line,” said Bellotti. “This is my signature in shoe-design.”
The sneaker’s construction merges references from multiple athletic disciplines. Its upper draws from PUMA’s archival H-Street running spike, while the sole takes cues from karate footwear, informing both its structure and its name. Flowing lines extend across the silhouette—from the Formstrip to the sole—creating a sense of controlled motion and fluidity.

The K-Street is offered in three colorways and material executions: perforated suede in matte bronze, beige canvas, and electric blue nylon with contrast suede detailing. Co-branded elements include Jil Sander’s logo and PUMA’s signature leaping cat at the heel.
Rooted in a pared-back design language, the release continues a collaboration first established in 1998, which helped shape the intersection of sport and fashion. Nearly three decades on, the partnership maintains its focus on contrast—balancing structure with softness and function with refinement.
The unisex K-Street sneaker will launch globally on April 8, 2026. The suede versions will be available through select Jil Sander stores, retail partners, and online, while the blue nylon iteration will be exclusive to Jil Sander’s retail and e-commerce channels.
