The Designer’s First On-Calendar Show Since 2019 Will Take Place on the First Day of NYFW
Ralph Lauren has announced his return to New York Fashion Week in September. The designer will stage a fashion show for his Spring 2024 women’s collection on the evening of September 8.
Lauren’s last runway show as part of NYFW was held in September of 2019, and while he has held a few shows since then, they have not been held during the week as part of the fashion calendar. His return to the official NYFW runway is thus set to give the week, which kicks off the Spring 2024 women’s fashion season, a major boost.
Held in Los Angeles and New York, the designer’s last two, off-calendar shows were vibrant productions that featured impressive rosters of front-row attendees. Meanwhile, his Purple Label recently made a return to Milan Men’s week with its first showcase in four years at the Ralph Lauren Villa.
