The win places Lauren in singular territory as the only designer to receive all of the CFDA’s top honors. His previous accolades include Menswear Designer of the Year (1996), Womenswear Designer of the Year (1995), a Lifetime Achievement Award (1992), the Humanitarian Leadership Award, the first American Fashion Legend Award, and the inaugural CFDA Popular Vote Award.
