Review of Roger Vivier Spring 2022 Ad Campaign by Creative Director Gherardo Felloni with Photographer Marco Cella and Talent Camille Razat

Roger Vivier takes a colorful trip with a new campaign for the house’s limited-edition Kaleidochoc bag by creative director Gherardo Felloni.

Starring French actor Camille Razat, the campaign film follows the star through a psychedelic world of shifting color. Camera effects echo the bag’s kaleidoscopic namesake as Razat moves through swirling, trippy spaces reminiscent of Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Rooms. Replete with excellent editing and lighting work, woven among these shots is colorful animation and a psychedelic soundtrack that summon the energy of the early days of LSD culture.

Accompanying still photography by Marco Cella situates Razat and her bag in colorful mirrored spaces that draw out the hallucinatory glamor of the designs.

The excellently produced campaign feels like the perfect way to express the tactile and vibrant reimagining of the bag’s new styles, drawing us down a rabbit hole of psychedelic revelation – no tab needed.
