Sacai and Seventeen Launch Labubu Capsule via Joopiter

A refined crossover blending couture, collectibles, and cultural intent

Sacai’s latest venture, in partnership with Pharrell Williams’ JOOPITER platform, introduces a limited-edition capsule and auction in collaboration with K‑pop sensation SEVENTEEN—an astute fusion of art, fandom, and design.

The online auction (June 9–18) features rare items worn and signed by SEVENTEEN, including a custom leather jacket from their Phantom-produced “Bad Influence” video and a tee signed by all eleven band members—anchoring the project in authentic cultural narrative.

The jewel in the collection is a series of green “POP MART x How2work” Labubu figures, draped in sacai x Carhartt WIP onesies and each equipped with unique charms. Thirteen pieces reflect each member, and a fourteenth—Pharrell’s favourite—offers a bespoke colourway. The blind-box delivery format heightens the experience of exclusivity and surprise.

Complementing the auction is a six-piece merch drop by Chitose Abe—caps, hoodies, tees stamped with the J–17–S emblem—available immediately via JOOPITER. Proceeds support UNESCO, lending substance to the collaboration’s cultural resonance.

Smartly constructed, this alliance interweaves Japanese deconstructed tailoring, K‑pop reach, collectible culture, and philanthropic purpose—proof that today’s most compelling fashion collaborations are as much about storytelling as they are about style.
