Saint Laurent Opens New Champs-Elysées Flagship Store

Conceived by Anthony Vaccarello, the Boutique is now the Brand’s Largest Flagship

Saint Laurent has unveiled its new flagship boutique on the Champs-Elysée in Paris. The brand’s biggest store to date, the building features a newly restored Hausmannian facade that gives way to an aesthetic of industrial elegance within.

I wanted to realize one of Yves Saint Laurent’s wishes when he arrived in Paris and said he wanted his name to be written in fiery letters on the Champs-Élysées.”

– Anthony Vaccarello, Saint Laurent Creative Director

Among the boutique’s many highlights are a double-height foyer featuring a neon light sculpture by artist Cerith Wyn Evans and commissioned by Saint Laurent, a variety of sensuous surfaces and curving staircases in black-lacquered wood, and a serene private garden accessible to clients. Several Donald Judd furniture pieces are displayed throughout. The house’s complete offering will be available at the Champs-Élysées boutique, including men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, accessories, and fine jewelry. A special assortment of items has been curated for the space, reflecting its elevated nature.

The new location opened its doors on December 9th at 123 Avenue des Champs-élysées.
