The collaboration includes a unique edit of ready-to-wear pieces and accessories, showcased with immersive installations at Saks Fifth Avenue’s New York flagship
Saks and Loewe have teamed up for the first time to present an exclusive edit of Loewe’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection, available now on Saks.com and in Saks Fifth Avenue stores in Atlanta, Beverly Hills and New York. The collaboration brings Loewe’s highly anticipated collection to life through immersive installations at Saks’ iconic New York flagship store, including garden-themed window displays and in-store offerings.
To celebrate the collaboration, Loewe’s Creative Director, Jonathan Anderson, will co-host a launch event with Tracy Margolies, Chief Merchandising Officer of Saks, on Saturday, September 7, during New York Fashion Week. Additionally, digital content related to the collaboration will be featured across both brands’ social media platforms and Saks.com.
“Jonathan Anderson is a visionary and a changemaker, and Saks has been mesmerized by his innovative and boundary-pushing approach from the start of his journey at Loewe,” said Margolies. “We are thrilled to mark an important milestone in our partnership with Jonathan and Loewe with this exclusive edit.”
Anderson commented on the collaboration, stating, “It’s exciting to be working on a collaboration that echoes the craft and innovation of the Loewe Fall/Winter 2024 collections… and it’s brilliant to be able to celebrate the moment with Saks.”
The curated selection for Saks includes both women’s and men’s ready-to-wear pieces and accessories, such as five limited-edition styles of the iconic Loewe Squeeze Bag. Each bag is hand-sewn with over 20,000 beads using a caviar beading technique to achieve a 3D texture. Other highlights include floral print dresses, beaded Campo Biker Boots, and men’s printed dress shirts and striped sweaters inspired by the works of American artists Richard Hawkins and Albert York. The collection is now available at Saks.com and in select stores in Atlanta, Beverly Hills, and New York.
Until September 23, visitors to Saks Fifth Avenue’s New York flagship can experience garden-themed installations inspired by the floral and vegetable motifs of Loewe’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection. Saks’ Fifth Avenue windows showcase looks from the exclusive edit, set against a backdrop of towering, hand-painted vegetables and intricate beading. Inside, sculptures of vegetables and collection displays appear on the main floor and the third-floor women’s designer ready-to-wear section.
On September 6 and 7, visitors can enjoy complimentary juices at the co-branded Loewe juice bar on the store’s eighth-floor women’s shoe section, along with the distribution of the latest issue of Loewe Magazine.
