Influencers and Tastemakers Gather in Montreal for Fashion and Music Celebration
Luxury retailer SSENSE and Diesel joined forces on Thursday, April 18th, to introduce the SSENSE x DIESEL Brown Capsule at SSENSE’s flagship store in Montreal. Conceived by Diesel Creative Director Glenn Martens, the collection embodies Diesel’s core values of freedom, self-expression, and rebellious individuality through an exclusive range of denim, ready-to-wear, and accessories.
The Brown Capsule features Diesel signatures such as coated denim, Oval D ready-to-wear pieces like knit and jersey tops, exaggerated cargos, and iconic accessories. Each item in the collection is treated to achieve a weathered shade of brown, evoking a sense of immersion and natural experience.
To showcase the Brown Capsule, SSENSE organized a celebratory event at its Montreal store, highlighting the capsule’s pop-up retail space on the 5th floor. The space, designed to reflect the collection’s ethos, features an industrial crane-like rig broadcasting the capsule’s campaign video.
Guests were treated to DJ sets by IAMNOTMYHISTORY and Jordior throughout the evening. The pop-up retail space will remain open for two weeks following the launch. Thibaut Grevet captured the capsule’s creative vision through photography, styled by Georgia Pendelbury, and videography by Arseniy Kazimirov.
Among the attendees were influencers and personalities such as Ariel Lassiter, Antoine Olivier Pilon, Chelsea Clark, Isabelle Allain, Isaiah Peck, Janata, Lou Phelps, Marie Gagné, Nolan White, and Zach Macklovitch.
