Stone Island Dives Deeper With Part 4 of Its Navigation Series

Underwater Symbolism and Sharks Take Center Stage in Liam MacRae’s Latest Visual Drop

Stone Island has just released Under the Radar, the fourth installment of its ongoing Navigation Series—an original visual campaign by photographer and filmmaker Liam MacRae. While cryptic in tone, the new video continues the brand’s exploration of travel, function, and discovery, all rooted in the legacy of founder Massimo Osti.

Filmed off the coast of the Bahamas, Under the Radar takes the Stone Island compass logo to the ocean floor. A sonar blip reveals a submerged stone sculpture as sharks glide past, circling the emblem as light catches its surface. It’s equal parts meditative and mysterious, playing into the brand’s larger mythology of exploration—this time beneath the waves.

Originally launched in 2023, the Navigation Series has played out across air, land, and now sea, with past chapters featuring helicopters, desert dogs, and custom all-terrain vehicles. With this latest drop, the story slips into deeper, quieter waters.
