Thom Browne Opens San Francisco Location

Thom Browne announces the opening of its first San Francisco flagship in Jackson Square.

Thom Browne continues his collaboration with architect Flavio Albanese of ASA Studioalbanese on the design of the first Thom Browne San Francisco retail location, which includes hallmarks of Thom Browne’s signature mid-century modern style. Located at 432 Jackson Street in the historic Yeon Building, the 1250-square foot space neighbors some of San Francisco’s most prominent luxury retail and restaurants.

Behind Thom Browne’s signature slat blind-covered windows is a minimalist mid-century style office with rows of fluorescent tube lighting, polished with white Calcutta and Carrara marble floors, and banker grey Bardiglio and Carrara marble walls. Thom continues to outfit this space with mid-century furniture by American and French designers—including seating and lamps by Jacques Adnet, a desk by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings, office chairs by Knoll, benches by McCobb, coffee tables by Mathieu Mategot, and display etagere’s by Maison Jansen.

The brands signature men’s and women’s ready-to-wear, tailoring and accessories are displayed throughout, across two retail areas, with dressing rooms located just off the main floor, and special vignettes dedicated to Thom Browne eyewear and Vetyver fragrances.
