The executive will now oversee jewelry, home, accessories, and watches
Tiffany & Co. has promoted Nathalie Verdeille to senior vice president and chief artistic officer, expanding her responsibilities across the maison’s full product universe.

In her new role, Verdeille will oversee all product categories, including jewelry, home, accessories, and watches, with a mandate to unify the brand’s creative direction. She will continue working closely with design teams to ensure a cohesive artistic vision across the American luxury house.
“Nathalie brings a singular creative vision that is deeply rooted in our heritage yet unmistakably modern,” said Anthony Ledru, president and chief executive officer of Tiffany & Co. “Her ability to translate artistry into desirability across categories has been central to our momentum. This expanded role reflects both her impact and our ambition to further strengthen the coherence and expression of our design across the maison.”
Since joining Tiffany in 2021, following its acquisition by LVMH, Verdeille has played a key role in shaping the brand’s creative evolution. Her leadership has driven both artistic and commercial success within jewelry, particularly through the reinterpretation of heritage designs such as Jean Schlumberger’s Bird on a Rock, and the expansion of the high jewelry category.
Tiffany noted that its 2025 Blue Book: Sea of Wonder collection, developed under Verdeille’s direction, was the most successful high jewelry launch in the brand’s history.
“I am deeply honored and excited,” Verdeille said.
Creation is rooted in a balance between heritage and innovation, between craftsmanship and a strong creative vision. In this role, my aspiration is to structure a unique creative direction, serving our core business — jewelry — and to strengthen its clarity and desirability across all our creations.”
Before joining Tiffany, Verdeille served as creative director for jewelry at Cartier. She will continue to report to Ledru and remain a member of the executive committee.
The appointment signals Tiffany’s focus on reinforcing a unified creative identity across categories as it continues to expand its positioning within the global luxury market.
