The Bespoke Collection Was Created by an All-Woman Design Team
Iconic denim brand Wrangler has launched its new collection, Bespoke, a line of jeans developed by an all-women design team created to bring more inclusivity to the brand’s signature jeans and better address the fit and style needs of diverse women.
Wrangler’s design team focused on common issues faced by women when shopping for jeans. The new line features tailored fits, stretch denim, and a design approach that takes various body shapes into account. The collection includes fit technology that aims to accommodate different body types, providing stretch and shape retention for comfort and ease of movement.
A key feature of Wrangler Bespoke is its four-piece contour waistband, an alternative to the industry-standard two-piece design, which helps reduce waistline gaps. The collection also uses yoke-over-body construction and angled back pockets intended to enhance curves. The denim fabric is stretchable and designed to fit a variety of body shapes, with Wrangler’s signature W-stitched pockets.
“There has been a long-standing demand among female consumers for jeans that cater to diverse needs and body types,” said Vivian Rivetti, vice president of global design at Wrangler. “The Bespoke collection sets a new standard in the denim space, emphasizing inclusivity and comfort with styles that honor women of every shape and size.”
In another smart move that grounds the campaign in a feeling of genuineness and reality, the campaign for the collection features Wrangler employees modeling the three available cuts -bootcut, skinny, and flare.
The Bespoke collection is now available for purchase on Wrangler.com and at select retailers nationwide, with a price of $69.99 and sizes ranging from 25 through 34.
