Zegna will present its Summer 2027 collection in Los Angeles on June 5, stepping outside the traditional Milan Fashion Week calendar for a standalone show. The decision was made in alignment with Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana, according to the company, and marks a temporary shift in location rather than a departure from Milan, where the brand continues to show regularly.
The Los Angeles presentation will be accompanied by the opening of Villa Zegna, the brand’s invitation-only temporary private club, which will launch immediately following the runway and remain in the city for several days. The space is designed to host top clients, friends of the brand, and international press as part of a series of events surrounding the show.
Villa Zegna has previously been staged in Shanghai, New York, Dubai, Miami, and Milan. Each iteration has been positioned as a localized activation tied to a specific collection moment. The Los Angeles edition continues that format, extending the Summer 2027 launch beyond the runway into a multi-day program.
In selecting Los Angeles, the company cited the city’s role as a global center for film, image-making, and cultural production rather than as a traditional fashion capital. The move reflects a broader pattern of luxury brands organizing destination shows outside established fashion week calendars in order to engage regional markets and international clients directly.
