Estée Lauder Announces New Finance Chief
Estée Lauder announced on Tuesday that Akhil Shrivastava will succeed Tracey Travis as the company’s finance chief, following her decision to retire after 12 years in the role. Shrivastava will assume his new position on November 1, with Travis staying on until her retirement on June 30, 2025, to aid in a smooth transition.
Before joining Estée Lauder in 2015, Shrivastava held various finance and leadership roles at Procter & Gamble for 18 years. Under Travis’ guidance, Estée Lauder improved its financial standing, invested heavily in innovation and digital transformation, and completed multiple acquisitions.
