Kim Schraub expands her remit across brand expression, while former Supreme executive Erin Magee takes charge of product design
Skims has promoted Kim Schraub to chief brand officer and appointed Erin Magee as chief design officer, creating two executive positions as the company formalizes leadership across brand and product.
Schraub has been with Skims since its inception, leading the company’s creative vision across product, packaging, and campaigns as creative director. Her expanded remit will place her at the intersection of creative and commercial strategy, with responsibility for the brand’s expression across retail, campaigns, collaborations, and storytelling.
“Her creative instincts have helped shape everything about how Skims shows up in the world,” said Kim Kardashian, Skims chief creative officer and cofounder.
Schraub brings more than 25 years of experience across fashion and lifestyle brands. She began her career at Abercrombie & Fitch, leading design and concept across Abercrombie, Hollister, and the company’s children’s business from 1997 to 2002. She later spent a decade at Victoria’s Secret Pink as executive vice president of design and concept.

From 2012 to 2019, Schraub served as brand director at Yeezy, overseeing design, concept, and brand direction. Her work included the Adidas partnership, the Wes Lang collaboration for Yeezus, and merchandise and pop-up projects for Kids See Ghosts and The Life of Pablo. She also led packaging, concepts, and campaigns for KKW Beauty and KKW Fragrance before joining Skims in 2019.
Magee joins Skims with more than 20 years of creative and product experience, most recently serving as chief creative officer at Supreme. She led the company’s creative vision, design, product development, and product strategy across apparel, accessories, collaborations, and special projects. Her tenure also included building multidisciplinary teams and creative systems as Supreme developed from a downtown New York skate label into a global fashion business.
At Skims, Magee will oversee design and creative product direction as the company expands across categories and international markets.
Jens Grede, Skims CEO and cofounder, cited Magee’s “eye for design, her deep understanding of product and her instinct for what resonates” as central to her appointment.
Magee also founded MadeMe in 2007, establishing the women’s label around youth culture and a distinct female perspective.
The leadership changes come as Skims continues to widen its category and geographic reach. Founded in 2019 around women’s underwear, loungewear, and shapewear, the company introduced Skims Mens in 2023. That year, it also entered a multiyear partnership as the official underwear partner of the NBA, WNBA, and USA Basketball. Its permanent retail presence now extends across the United States, Mexico City, London, and Dubai.
The new structure establishes dedicated C-suite oversight of brand expression and product design, giving Skims a more specialized creative organization for its next phase of growth.
