Burberry Celebrates Summer With a Hamptons Pop-Up

The British house returns to Topping Rose House with a temporary boutique, exclusive pieces, and a series of experiences extending its signature codes across Bridgehampton

Burberry is returning to Topping Rose House in Bridgehampton for a summer pop-up and weekend of experiences running August 13 through 16. Set within the historic 19th-century Hamptons estate, the activation brings the British house’s signatures to the destination through fashion, hospitality, and partnerships with local businesses.

The temporary boutique will offer a curated selection of womenswear, menswear, and childrenswear, spanning signature outerwear, lightweight jackets, and House Check accessories. A dedicated Polo Gallery will feature piqué polo shirts in more than 20 colors, while pieces from the Winter 2026 runway collection will be available to purchase for the first time. Exclusive trench coats and check cashmere scarves will also feature custom labels depicting the beaches of the Hamptons.

Beyond the boutique, Burberry will extend its visual identity throughout Topping Rose House with its signature check reworked in a summery yellow palette. Branded Mokes will be available for guests to explore the surrounding beaches and towns, while hotel experiences will include a bespoke cocktail and Burberry cookies offered during turndown service.

The takeover will also extend into Bridgehampton through a partnership with Dreamy Coffee Co. at the Round Swamp Farm coffee airstream and The Barn. Drinks will arrive in custom yellow sleeves, cold brew cans will be wrapped in Burberry’s yellow check, and a specially selected iced London Fog tea will join the menu.

By moving beyond a conventional temporary store, the activation turns Burberry’s Hamptons return into a broader lifestyle experience, connecting its British identity with the leisurely rhythms and local character of the summer destination.
