Calvin Klein hits the street for a simple and elegant new ad campaign.

The Fall 2020 campaign features comfy cotton dresses and suits, and lots of Kendall Jenner. Photographer Lachlan Bailey captures his subjects in both black and white and sun-drenched color against a cityscape background. He approaches them from a wide variety of perspectives – in some images, we feel like an onlooker from a building above, in others, like an intimate acquaintance. The late afternoon light, simple and elegant styling and feeling of being in a passing street scene combine to lend the imagery an emotional atmosphere of quiet contentment, the luxury of feeling at rest even while on the move.

With its smart use of perspective and lighting and its street-smart simplicity, the campaign feels like a lovely little afternoon walk.
