Canada Goose celebrates its first collection by new creative director Haider Ackermann with an icily stylish camapign shot by photographer Willy Vanderperre.
With his capsule collection Snow Goose – set to release twice a year – Ackermann brings his sense for angularity, proportion, and distinctive color blocking to the outerwear brand’s heritage of performance and technical expertise.
Fronted by actor Ethan Hawke, the campaign layout cleverly pairs a direct look at this design vision with the landscape for which it is crafted. On one side are direct portraits executed Vanderperre’s signature stark, slick, minimal style. On the other, epic shots of desolately beautiful landscapes seem to call out for exploration and adventure. United by a sweeping new logo, the dual imagery forms a bold introduction to Canada Goose’s exciting new design chapter.
