Études Studio Appoints Brice Groulier as Chief Executive Officer

The leadership change signals a new phase of growth and structural development for the Paris-based brand

Études Studio named Brice Groulier as Chief Executive Officer, marking a new stage in the company’s evolution as it seeks to expand its global presence and reinforce its strategic framework. The appointment comes as the brand, founded in 2012 by Aurélien Arbet and Jérémie Egry, enters a period focused on scaling its operations while maintaining its multidisciplinary creative identity.

Groulier joins from Jacquemus, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and contributed to the brand’s international expansion during a period of accelerated growth. He previously held leadership roles at Lemaire, building experience in structuring and developing fashion businesses with strong creative positioning.

“I have always been driven by the idea of building, exploring and pushing boundaries. Fashion is the only field where I could fully merge strategic thinking with a deep connection to creation and culture. Joining Études Studio felt like an obvious step, a place where artistic expression and business vision naturally meet,” said Groulier.

Since its founding between Paris and New York, Études Studio has positioned itself at the intersection of fashion and contemporary culture, integrating references from art, photography, graphic design, and publishing into its collections and collaborations. The brand’s structure has evolved alongside its creative output, reflecting a broader ambition to operate across multiple cultural disciplines.

“We are pleased to welcome Brice Groulier as we continue to further shape the company and open a new chapter for Études Studio; Brice brings a strong strategic mindset alongside a deep understanding of creative ecosystems. His journey naturally aligns with our vision, where structure meets creativity,” said Arbet and Egry.

The appointment reflects a wider trend among independent fashion brands seeking to formalize business operations while sustaining creative direction. Études Studio indicated that the move will support its long-term positioning as a cultural and lifestyle brand, aligning strategic development with its established focus on artistic collaboration and cross-disciplinary engagement.
