The former Kent & Curwen executive will lead design for the growing venture alongside David Beckham

Hugo Boss has appointed Daniel Kearns as Head of Design for Boss by Beckham, reinforcing the long-term investment in its partnership with David Beckham. Based in London, Kearns will oversee design, merchandising, and branding for the label, working directly with Beckham as the business enters its next phase. His first collection for Boss by Beckham will debut for Fall/Winter 2027.
Kearns joins from Kent & Curwen, where he most recently served as Chief Creative Officer. He also brings experience from some of the top luxury maisons, including Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Alexander McQueen. His new position at Hugo Boss reunites him with Beckham, following their previous collaboration at Kent & Curwen.
Kearns’ appointment marks the next stage in the evolution of Boss by Beckham. The move follows the success of the multi-year partnership, signaling Hugo Boss’ intention to build the venture beyond a simple celebrity collaboration. By establishing dedicated creative leadership, the brand is positioning the label as a long-term pillar within its premium menswear strategy.
