Third Permanent Store Joins Ranks of Global Flagships, Reflecting Designer’s Provencal Aesthetic
Dubai welcomes the latest addition to its prestigious lineup of luxury boutiques with the opening of a new Jacquemus store, spanning over 3,000 square feet. This marks the French designer’s third permanent store, following flagship locations in Paris and Korea, solidifying the brand’s global footprint.
Designed to reflect the essence of Provence, the boutique exudes a muted palette of natural textures, featuring a claystone facade, travertine, and wood elements. According to the company, Jacquemus has curated French artwork and decor, including iconic pieces such as the Croisillon dining chair by designer Jean Royère and Anduze pottery crafted by the family-run workshop Le Chêne Vert.
The retail space, conceptualized by Ellen van Loon and Giulio Margheri of AMO, aims to create a warm and inviting ambiance, serving as the perfect backdrop for showcasing the brand’s latest ready-to-wear, bags, shoes, and accessories collections for both men and women. With curvilinear forms, broad arches, and asymmetric lines, the design echoes Jacquemus’s signature playful style.
The boutique’s opening is made possible through a partnership with Chalhoub Group, a leading distributor and retailer of luxury brands in the Middle East. In addition to the physical store, Jacquemus has expanded its presence in the region by launching e-commerce operations last December, offering a dedicated platform for customers in the UAE.
As the brand continues to make waves in the global luxury market, the Dubai boutique represents a significant milestone in Jacquemus’s journey, bringing its distinct blend of French elegance and modern sophistication to the heart of the Middle East’s fashion capital.
