Marni Sets Stage for First Paris Fashion Show in September

Marni to Debut First-Ever Fashion Show in Paris this September

Luxury fashion house Marni has confirmed its debut at Paris Fashion Week with a Spring/Summer 2024 VOL.2 collection showcase. Scheduled for September 27th at 1.30pm CET, the Paris runway marks a significant milestone in Marni’s global expansion strategy.

Following successful showings in New York in 2022 and Tokyo earlier this year, Marni’s inaugural Paris show aims to foster enhanced industry dialogues and creative synergies. The event underscores the brand’s intent to immerse itself in Europe’s fashion epicenter, targeting not just customers but also key industry stakeholders.

Francesco Risso, Creative Director of Marni, reflects on the brand’s transformative journey: “From Brooklyn to Tokyo, and now to Paris—our journey was never about a destination, but rather an evolving conversation on fashion. This season marks not a return to the familiar, but a significant pivot in a city intrinsically connected to fashion’s ephemeral allure.”

The upcoming collection will be revealed at a historical palais situated at 51 Rue de l’Université, a venue once the private residence of Karl Lagerfeld. With this strategic move, Marni aims to solidify its position as a global fashion influencer in one of the industry’s most esteemed platforms.
