The seasonal launch expands Métier’s leather goods offering with two new bag silhouettes and introduces new materials developed for the brand’s evolving core assortment
Métier has unveiled Summer I, a seasonal collection defined by graphic stripes, architectural forms, and lightweight materials, introducing new handbag silhouettes alongside an expanded range of core and seasonal fabrications. The collection will launch online and in stores on June 4.
The collection marks the debut of two new bag styles designed to support everyday versatility across urban and travel settings. The Tilt, a softly structured bucket bag featuring custom handle-attachment hardware and interior organization, launches in two sizes. The Tilt 16 is offered in Suede Marrakech and Ultralight Calfskin Black, while the larger Tilt 22 is available in Soft Grain Midnight, Suede Marrakech, and Ultralight Calfskin Black. Métier also introduces the Slide Messenger 21, a compact adaptation of its existing Slide Messenger silhouette designed for lighter carrying needs and crossbody wear, available in Buffalo Black.

Alongside the new styles, Summer I expands the brand’s material offering. Mod Stripe, a limited-edition graphic jacquard woven exclusively for Métier in Italy, debuts as a seasonal fabrication. Constructed on a cotton canvas base, the textile features a striped motif developed specifically for the collection and is available on the Chameleon 30, Chameleon 41, and Stowaway styles.
The collection also introduces Soft Grain as a permanent leather category within the brand’s assortment. Produced from Italian calfskin using traditional tanning techniques, the material combines durability with a softer hand while maintaining structure over time. Ultralight Calfskin makes its first appearance in the collection as a new interpretation of black leather, offering a smooth matte finish designed to develop patina through wear.
The Summer I collection reflects Métier’s continued focus on material development and functional luxury, reinforcing the brand’s position within the growing market for elevated travel and everyday accessories. By balancing seasonal design updates with long-term investment pieces, the launch further expands Métier’s evolving leather goods portfolio.
