The Executive Will Oversee Calvin Klein And Tommy Hilfiger In Their Home Market As PVH Continues Leadership Reshuffling Across Key Regions

PVH Corp. has named Adelyn Cheong Chief Executive Officer of PVH Americas, placing the longtime executive in charge of both the Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger businesses across their home market operations.
Cheong, who has served as President of PVH China since 2021, will assume the role in late summer. She succeeds Donald Kohler, who has led the Americas division since October 2024 and will leave the company on June 30 to become President and Chief Executive Officer of Banana Republic, a division of Gap Inc.
The appointment marks another significant leadership move for PVH as the company continues to recalibrate its global operations around its two core brands.
In her new position, Cheong will oversee the Americas businesses for both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, a strategically important market for PVH as it navigates broader shifts in consumer demand, wholesale dynamics, and regional growth priorities.
Cheong has played a central role in PVH’s China business during a period marked by both volatility in the luxury and premium sectors and evolving consumer behavior in the market. Her leadership in the region coincided with continued investment in brand positioning and operational development for both labels.
As part of the transition, Ying Wu will take over as President of PVH China while continuing in her existing role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PVH Asia-Pacific.
The leadership reshuffle comes as PVH continues to sharpen its organizational focus around brand elevation, regional execution, and direct-to-consumer growth strategies for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger globally.
