Elizabeth Smith Will Continue as Executive Chair After Serving as Interim CEO
Revlon Group announced Michelle Peluso as the new chief executive officer, effective November 4. She will also join the beauty company’s board of directors. Elizabeth Smith will continue as the executive chair after serving as interim CEO since August 2023.
Peluso brings global strategic and operational experience from CVS Health, where she was the chief customer and experience officer. She has held executive roles at IBM, Citi, Travelocity, and Gilt.
Smith stated, “Michelle is a terrific leader and brings significant retail and digital experience to Revlon that will be critical to our future growth and success. I look forward to supporting Michelle as she takes on this role.”
Peluso expressed her excitement, stating, “It is an honor to lead Revlon and its collection of powerful brands at this important time in the company’s history. I look forward to working with the full Revlon team to further unlock the growth potential of our brands.”
