Roberto Cavalli Teams With Las Vegas Fashion Council

Centered Around the Superbowl, the Initiative Will Support Emerging Designers

Roberto Cavalli is teaming up with the Las Vegas Fashion Council for the upcoming Big Game Weekend, coinciding with the Super Bowl from Friday to Sunday.

During the weekend, the Italian luxury brand pledges to donate 10 percent of sales from its boutique located at Wynn Las Vegas, as well as from its couture suite set up specifically for the occasion. These contributions aim to bolster the fashion industry, with the proceeds earmarked for the creation of a grant to support emerging designers.

“My creative journey has been deeply influenced by the dynamic energy of the United States, forever serving as a wellspring of inspiration for my designs,” said Fausto Puglisi, creative director of Roberto Cavalli, who joined the house in the fall of 2020. “The pulsating vibrancy of America has been pivotal in shaping my artistic vision. That’s why it’s so important for me to announce this partnership with the Las Vegas Fashion Council, as I’d love to offer, through this grant, the opportunity I had to emerging talents here in Vegas.”

The partnership will be officially announced during the Roberto Cavalli cocktail event and trunk show on Friday at Wynn Las Vegas, where Puglisi and the brand’s executive team will be in attendance.

Over the years, Roberto Cavalli has been a prominent choice for various artists at Super Bowl events, dressing icons such as Beyoncé, Ciara, Gwen Stefani, and Mary J. Blige in its glamorous creations.

The initiative reflects the Las Vegas Fashion Council’s mission to foster creativity and innovation in the fashion industry, particularly by supporting young designers as they navigate their careers. Roberto Cavalli’s commitment to this cause underscores its dedication to promoting growth and diversity within the fashion sector.
