Salt & Stone Casts Role Model for New Campaign

The singer-songwriter fronts a cinematic campaign that coincides with the release of his third album, “Chuck Timely & The Hourglass”

Salt & Stone has enlisted singer-songwriter Role Model, born Tucker Pillsbury, as the face of a new campaign timed to the release of his third album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, arriving August 7. The Los Angeles-based body care brand positions the project as a character-driven collaboration, with Pillsbury portraying a fictionalized version of himself inspired by the flawed protagonists of cult cinema.

Developed in close collaboration with the artist and his creative team, the campaign extends beyond a traditional celebrity endorsement. Photographer Chloe Chippendale, who also shot the album artwork, captured the imagery, while Daniel Sachon directed the accompanying film, creating a visual continuity between the campaign and the album rollout.

The partnership reflects Salt & Stone’s broader strategy of expanding beyond its athletic roots through collaborations with culturally influential figures. According to the brand, Pillsbury’s existing affinity for its products and his storytelling approach made him a natural fit for a campaign designed to prioritize personality and creative collaboration over conventional advertising.

The campaign arrives during a period of continued growth for Salt & Stone. Earlier this year, Advent International signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in the company, which reported $165 million in revenue for 2025 while posting double-digit growth across its direct-to-consumer business and retail partners including Sephora and Amazon. Founded in 2017 by former professional snowboarder Nima Jalali, the brand continues to expand its cultural reach through partnerships that blend lifestyle, entertainment, and personal care.
